Help Wanted: Part-Time Office Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to join our team on a part-time and premanent basis. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting civic engagement.
Responsibilities:
    - Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
 
    - Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events
 
    - Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
 
    - Maintain accurate records, including financial documents and membership information
 
    - Provide support to volunteers, including onboarding and training as needed
 
    - Prepare and distribute reports and correspondence
 
    - Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks
 
Qualifications:
    - Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
 
    - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
 
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
 
    - Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
 
    - Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record keeping is a plus
 
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 
    - Passion for civic engagement and the mission of the League of Women Voter
 
    - Membership in the League of Women Voters is a plus
 
    - Bilingual skills are a plus.
 
Schedule:
Flexible part-time hours, 16 hours per week. Eight paid holidays (4 hours each) and 48 hours of PTO/year used at the employee's discretion.
